Orders

All orders are binding.
By delivery problems you will be informed as soon as possible by e-mail. You have the option to cancel these orders at any time.

Delivery

Shipping and handling are calculated by weight and/or volume. Payment is possible with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Klarna, or credit cards (Stripe).

In some specific cases or orders of more than CHF 50 -, shipping charges might not be applicable.

Disclaimer for Customs Duties and Import Taxes

All orders placed on our website from abroad may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are charged once the package reaches the destination country.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. The specific customs regulations and fees vary greatly from country to country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for any additional customs clearance costs; these must be borne by the recipient.

Any liability for incorrect information, delayed customs clearance, seizures by customs, or resulting financial damages is excluded. Please check with the local customs authorities before placing an order.

Returns / Refund

Articles in perfect condition are returnable against credit within 10 days.
Please always indicate reason for return.
The return is at your own liability / risk.

Payment terms

Different payment methods like Invoice(Switzerland), PayPal and Stripe (Credit cards) are available. Please notice that we require a small fee for the paper invoice. If you do not wish to use Paypal or credit cards, you can also pay us by Banktransfer in advance, by placing a manual order. Please send us an e-mail to shop@unfugundunsinn.ch. with your order, billing and delivery address. We will send you then the necessary information.

Special product types

E-Books

The purchaser acquires the temporal and spatial right to store and use the work of the e-book solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. This means the buyer is allowed to save and read the e-book on their devices, but is not permitted to share, sell, or otherwise use the work for commercial purposes.
